Size of room was unexpected. It's huge. Loved it. Breakfast was lovely, It's a buffet with a choice of local cuisine and if you wanted, get some sort of English breakfast (choice of eggs, sausage, mushrooms, toast and tea). Location was perfect for me. Close to the areas I had business/events in. Made great sense. I especially loved the pool area overlooking the sea... Always found it relaxing to sit out after breakfast and breath.

The smoke alarm kept disrupting my peace. Perhaps my room was too close to it. I guess someone was smoking in their rooms that wasn't supposed to. I called the front desk at first as i didn't understand what the alarm was for and he explained it's a smoke alarm and apologized for the inconvenience. Also, there were cockroaches in my toilet. I would wake up in the morning and find those annoying small ones. I killed a couple two mornings in a row. The first morning I saw and killed a couple, I thought the cleaning staff will see the dead roaches and sort of fumigate but it happened again the next day. Perhaps, I'd suggest leaving camphor in the toilets? Might help. Lastly the TV kept freezing while I was watching any show or programme (So i didn't quite enjoy that amenity even with their impressive 56 channels)

This place is so lively , Great location, great food,best views ,super staff, and rocking weekend vibes at salma's terrace. They play great music ,Grammable location you will bump into different kinds of influencers.. over all great experience

It is suggested to have door bells, having given balconies with great views.

I like the sizes of the rooms, that was great. The excellent location and the Salmas and Cactus Restaurants close to the hotel were top-notch. However, the staff made every effort to assist us if we needed anything and was very friendly and ready to assist. Has great views and the aircon works. I did feel safe to be there. and it is close to visiting places if needed. Clean bathroom and shower.

Breakfast was not as expected, and a little letdown. Not enough toilet paper.

The apartments is large with great facilities. Restaurants are practically in the same compound. Very satisfied with the experience

Happy to see it is being renovated. Hallways seem to be damp and stuffy however.

A little disappointed that we had to walk outside in the rain to get to the restaurant. Seems as if there should be a connection to avoid this for customers who are staying at the hotel. Huge inconvenience!

The breakfast was okay. Minimal options but definitely good for the room price

The facilities are a bit old and tired. Leaky ceilings, dark walkways with water stains, the smell of dampness. It seems like some renovations are ongoing, I hope these things are considered

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel represented great value for money and is in a very good location.

The water pressure was wasn't strong enough for me. I like a hard shower. But apart from that all good.

1. It was nice. Customer care was awesome: English, outfit, politeness, chariss. 2. Your movie collections are awesome.

1. Need to have a restaurant that works 24/7. People don't like staying in places that they can't eat any time of the day/night. 2. Try and have a mini-bar.

Friendly Staff Good Location The pool looked really nice (didn't use it during our stay)

A very unpleasant birthday getaway for my Wife and I. No form of signage to inform guests of the hotel. The Uber driver found it a little difficult. Check-in was OK. Friendly staff. We were given room 608 which was clean, bright and modern and after settling into our room we noticed a water leak from the ceiling and immediately informed the hotel. I'll want to believe the hotel was aware of this leak before we were given this room. Staff acted surprised about the leak, but I called their bluff as you could see extensive water marks on the ceiling. We got a different room (607). We had only three pillows instead of four. We called to request for an additional pillow and we were told the supervisor wasn't available to approve an extra pillow. We noticed the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The hotel brought replacement sheets that were almost as bad. I decided to nap for an hour before dinner. I laid in bed and I sunk into the bed and assumed the mattress was to soft but was tired of complaining. Had an uncomfortable sleep through the night but tried to look past it as I didn't want to complain. 2nd Night - Just before tucking in for the night, I decided to check what the bed support looked like and noticed to my horror it was broken. Called the hotel reception to send maintenance to assess the damage. They sent the hotel porter and he saw the extent of the damage and went back to report it. I was told to manage the damage for the night and it would be sorted out in the morning as no one was around to sort it out. I had to use the throw pillows to support the mattress. I was just too tired and didn't want to cause any issues. I tried to sleep on the bed but just was uncomfortable and decided to move to the couch in the middle of the night, but my Wife slept on one part of the bed throughout the night (honestly not sure how she managed that). The next day we were given the key to room 609 and I requested for a porter to help move my stuff.

The location was good and accessible. Staff were very nice and helpful. I found my room quite spacious and comfortable. Entertainment system was also very good. Movies on demand and a host of channels to choose from. That was amazing..

I think the sofa could do with a change. The fabric was either stained or washed out. That wasnt good and defaced room.

Excellent management and staff. Delicious breakfast every morning. Spacious room overlooking pool. Cleanest pool we have ever seen. Quiet, pleasant, staff always greeted and welcomed us at all times. Highly recommend to all. Superb accommodations.

The premises was very clean and pristine. I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff and they looked out for me. I loved the international breakfast with Nigeria food. It accommodated my dietary needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This wasn't really an issue bit I just wished the location was on a quieter street where I could walk to nearby places for a quick errand.

The General manager was just amasing. His staff very good and the service impeccable. I will book this place again. Gym/mall and restaurants all around the area.

Gym is top class. Location of the hotel is great and all major restaurants and sites in VI are nearby. Pool area is nice

Pool area can be engulfed in smell of sewage disposed in the Lagoon as hotel is right on the water. It is bearable if you come for a short swim but definitely not if you want to enjoy a meal or a drink outdoors. Hotel shall pay more attention to selecting guests as you are frequently awaken by popr mannered guests who yell and argue in rooms and hallways in the middle of the night - classic Nigeria

I like the staff's politeness and respectful approaches. I loved the environment and the fact that the pool had a view with palm trees, boats and a lake.I also love the reception and the decor plus the room because its quite spacious. The furniture is beautiful as well.

I just didn't like the food much,it didn't wow me but its ok but i suggest to introduce local dishes
